Tutorial: how to burn your dj mix to a cd without gaps between the track

Great video! thank you for the tutorial! I have a question that is bugging me. So I imported my live mix I recorded last week. I imported it as "mp3" When I import Track 1 at the beginning it had a bad "blip" at the beginning that I could not get rid of. I read on a forum to convert to .wav to eliminate. That problem is solved. I want to save tracks as files in mp3 so I can get the names to show up on cd players but if its mp3 no matter if i take the pause out there is still a skip. any help?

I was getting very frustrated with the WaveEditor to the point of screaming obscenities at it, but thanx to your tutorial I now know how to use it properly for splitting mixes

how do u record from the internet with nero wave editor 4

I use a mini jack cable from the "output" to the "input" and adjust the microphone level down else it will get to loud

@weedyak this video is from 2008 now you can just use Camtasia for screen recording and it will all so record the audio from the computer

After you cut the mix in pieces you can use Audacity to convert the tracks into mp3

hey I really need help with what to do after I set all the cues, you say "now we're going to load all our tracks into a new burning rom" what does that mean exactly? is there a button on the WaveEditor 4 or do you open Nero? And if so then what version is it? Because I am stuck here and I must have another version because there are no options as you show when removing the spaces...please respond asap

Nero Burning Rom 8 (version 8.1.1.0)

Nero Wave Editor 4 (version 4.1.0.0)

the nero burning rom 8 comes with "Wave editor 4 "

al gotta do is, buy, download og rip Nero buring Rom 8. and thats it.. good luck

thanx I figured it out very good tutorial, although there was still a small glitch in between the tracks, not perfect...maybe burning slower will do it next time

dude i had that click forever just save the file like he did fcc something lol not as mp3 or wave and there is no click i have put out 30 damn cd;s with that lil click and saving in fccsomething was the reason for the click whoooohoo!!

@ILUXIA if you play the CD on a normal CD player, there should be no problems, i didn't test it 100 procent.. but soon there will a new updated video..

if you just want to make at copy of the cd, you can then use

open "Nero Express"..

chose

"image, project, copy"

then chose

"Copy Entire CD"
