Don't get too down on the sound. This looks less like a 'live show' and more like a live TV performance. And not as loud through the front of house as it should be.
I like the chick playing the bass better, myself, at least in this video. I liked this song since the first time. They were friends with either Smoosh or Head Like A Kite on Myspace, so I checked them out.
