Thanks Mrs. Taylor. No one is there!; but you are still here!. What a great pride to have learned from you!. I talk about emotional things and about love and LIFE. Above that binary love which is couple´s; you taught me about: "the greatest love of all". Yes indeed!. You taught it to me!. Thank you Mrs. Taylor!
I didn't think it was that bad. Well, she's not a good singer, but the concept and original staging in the musical was written for a actress to sing, not a fantastic singer. That in consideration, the performance is pretty well suited and sorta articulates how Desirée is feeling alone and a fool. I liked it!
Holy crap!!! Couldn't they have had someone dub in the singing, like they did with My Fair Lady? Taylor, you are a legend and stunningly beautiful, but holy...you are a beyond terrible as a singer...

No, she was NOT the Catherine Zeta-Jones of her day - and Catherine Zeta-Jones will NEVER be Elizabeth Taylor
You probably didn't mean to sound this ridiculous but please, educate yourself about WHO is the ICON and WHO is not

I have seen this musical many times the last 30 years with many talented artists. Nobody brings out the emotion better than Ms Taylor and Judi Dench

I have to disagree with most of you. There is emotion with this song and Liz pulls it off well. Her voice is similar to the broadway cast recording.
ugahush 1 year ago
@ugahush Exactly, she is able to do a great job due to the emotion she brings through in her acting, she acts this song whereas other's only sing it
