im 20 and i got contacts yesterday. it took me 30 mins to get the contacts in. then came the hard part, taking them out. it took me 45 mins to take both of them out but i was so relieved. the doctor gave me trial contacts to wear for a week.

today it took me 5 mins to get them in. when it was time to take them out, i got the first contact out on the first try!! n the second one out after 3 tries. i just dove in and pinched the sucker out! took me 5 mins total. just control your blinking!

hour n they nvr suggested this witch i just tried n it

hahha stupid eye doc told me to do that but with one thumb. take me 1 hour to take off(note night time contacts so i take off in morning huge waste of time) then when i was in there and practice how to take them off it shot to the side and took 30 mins to move it out all the staff was looking at it and put a whole bottle of soulution on my eye so funny( painful too)

My 1st week with contact lenses

1. day = 1,5 hour to take them off, uff :)

2. day = I start blinking them off

3. day = wow, I learned to move my finger over the eye

4. day = I found this vid - it didnt helped much - but it worked - only once :(

5. - 7. day = I finally learned to take them off by both finger straight from the iris - its super-easy but you have to get over your fear.

Let me just say something for those of you who might be going through the comments and deciding against doing this. It worked for me. I am NOT asian and I have normal soft contact lenses. Try it! It might not work for you, but not for the reasons of not being asian or having soft contacts.
