Becouse when I went to church they would say everyone is a sinner, and I belived I was sinning and would go to hell. I prayed every night. Then I read a book (I cant remember wich one exactly) it said: "If you believe in something hard enough, it will become very realistic."
"Demons" will only hurt you if you let them. Oh and I no longer have nightmares btw.
