I have to compare all these videos with the one I saw at the B5 Convention in Anaheim the year B5 ended. It was done by an adolescent (about age 15, I think). Very amateurish, but very profound. I would have loved to see that redone with professional equipment. These are good, but that one was done by someone who had a visceral reaction to the series. Awesome.

Good for a first video and although I agree that using long scenes is not a great idea, you're free to to what you wish. Having said that, long scenes when a character is talking, but that speech is not included, should be avoided.

Only when it doesn't suit the scene. I can think of a nhumber of shows and movies where a long scene of dialogue has benefited the storyline - "Sunshine," for example

dull scenes, too long too. Clips should be short, sweet and interesting. Its mostly good, but the talking scenes w/o sound are pretty much boring. That's why these vids are usually actions scenes.
