Omg. Firstly: Gypsy is my all-time favourite musical. I think the score, the book and the performances are the very best that musical theatre has to offer. I'd usually say that only bona fide American (i.e. Broadway) actors could do justice to Gypsy, since it's such a product of Americana, but I have to say: Lily, Cilla and Babs are national British treasures, and they did the best version of this song I've EVER heard. I get such a kick out of the fact that Queen Elizabeth II is watching it too!
