@theMrGunpla I did repaint a bit later on not shown on the video. I cut parts as far from sprues as possible, then close in with side cutter then hobby knife- to finalize, sand'em down.
@GreyKnight0 It'll look plastic-key without painting, lining wise there aren't a lot. They do include gold waterslide and stickers(reasons beyond belief) not dry transfer. I recommend yellowy orange on the trim, gold would show flaws a lot more apparent. Tamiya XF-3 yellow and XF6 copper mix would look better i think if i were to handpaint again.
@vitzrsx o.O wow... it'll take a long time for me to paint lol... i usually use Citadel Paints, and they work out well enough... but seriously... waterslides for the gold parts?! bad choice Bandai!
The only reason I said you needed to airbrush it is because while ur handpainting is good (1000000 times better than mine), airbrushing would help with some of the uneven areas (i noticed quite a few areas on there that had too much paint vs other areas). As for the gatlings, forget the resins, I meant the ones that came with volume 4 of the novel. I only managed to get 1 set so I'm not using em but they are plastic and they look really nice.
@pilotamurorei I see what you mean, if I could redo the trim I am sure I would stick to the original density from the can. (Too watery would end up taking too long to dry)
did you paint it one more time it look batter haw did you cut out your trees

@GreyKnight0 I don't suppose you handbrush everything even large areas, if you do- WOW! I just settle with spraypaint :)

1. You needed to airbrush that thing.
2. you needed to put the beam gatlings on the shield. It looks so sexy with the gatlings.

@pilotamurorei Lol not everyone can afford ab. There's resin Gatlings for Unicorn and not sinanju I believe- but it does have a big ass bazooka.

@Dragonfury23 Thanks!
@naruto actually I can paint quite close. The proper procedure includes cleanup (it's just impossible to achieve it the first time).

narutoman876 1 year ago
@narutoman876 I hand painted with Tamiya gold leaf, it wasn't exactly a perfect job but from a distance- it looks fine :-p
