  • good dedication... but the chain? very cheesy..

  • Nice work for 7 months... aint got a job? xD

  • Nice transformation, but on 2:15 that pose looks really gay...

  • Nice transformation man.

I can do this... but not now, I Guess I'm too young.

  • good, but one suggestion. Do more compound excersize and then you ll see that you will grow bigger instead of only muscular.

  • I could have got those results in less than 2 months.

  • and now you're wearing D&G you ugly fuck

  • how much reckon this guys lifting a day? and how long for?

  • so what's the transformation?

  • Makes me laugh all these videos about body transformation in few months !

There is not even transformation !

it's about body building, long term results sport !

    I started at 17 y.o and I'm 44 now. I never ever stopped working out !

    I was 70kg and now 108. but it's 28 years of dedication.

  • WOW! well done imagine what you could have done if you went to the gym!!

  • Im 14 yrs old and i bench 215 and weigh almost 180 pounds no joke

  • shqiptar je a?

  • not tru for 7 months if you did it for 7 months i can tell he is taking roids . i already know im pro wen it coms to work out i been working out for 9 years natural check out my videos bodybuilding big moe!

  • @Albanianbulldogg he could do that transformation in 7 months easy.... eat alot and work out alot....7 months would be no problems

  • @Albanianbulldogg You really don't have a clue do you? I was skinnier than he was when he started, and it took me about 6months of hard eating and hard training to get to a bigger size than he is, with a fat % of 6.5% No roids, just knowledge & hardwork.

  • @trikky1234 Not everyone develops at the same rate. It's easier for some bodies. I think anyone who makes this degree of progress and a major lifestyle change deserves full kudos. He obviously put lots of effort into lifting and he deserves to show off a little for his effort. I'm sure he agrees he has more to go....

  • @gabsylv I'm not trying to take away anything this guy's done for himself, he's done well to get to that stage in a short period of time, just annoys me when other's speak ignorantly about shit they don't know, saying he must have been on roids to get to that stage in 7months? People need to go read a book or something.

  • Good stuff congrats great motivational video

  • Lol you guys all act like this is too much for 7 months. I actually started lifting hard back in January was 135 lbs went from eating 1500 calories a day to 2500-3500 daily and 7 months later I am now 165 lbs and a fitness test at my gym clocked me in at 6% body fat.

Just takes time and effort. 33% Sleep 33% Lifting 33% Eating = Muscle gain.

  • anabolica!! :D

  • this isn't a 7 month transformation

    more like a 1 - 2 year transformation

  • good transformation mate. keep up the hard work.

  • try steroids'

  • @lilblitz i agree

  • Good job, keep up the good work! The song is actually by Seether ....Gasoline.

  • super odakles si

  • I think your ready for the Boxing or TNA Fighting u must defeat Suicide cause he kills every person

  • pravi siptar

  • 7months? Impossible...

  • Check out the website doworktoday.

There is a link on the website to a great trainer. I used him and several celebs used him. He really does a great job

  • not Linkin Park

  • @AirsoftAddict08 his explanation said that it was linkin park, but youtube deleted it for copyright issues, so he changed it.

  • @Boogieforme of course youtube can get on your nerves lol

  • ana

  • 7 months for that without enhancers, i really doubt. You gain maybe 5-8 lbs in a year with correct det & workouts without juice.

  • @Ka0sMaster0wns I gaines 6 kgs (13lbs) in 3 months ;) But I am slim and it was very hard...but I gave up. I will try to statr again in september.

  • @Ka0sMaster0wns 5-8 lbs a year without juice?... i gained 15 lbs in 3 months no juice bro... its dedication and hardwork. Just eat eat eat, take a couple protein shakes a day and workout like its your last.

  • @Shankzta27 you're shut in the dark if you believe that 15lbs was pure muscle. You gained fat and water weight as well. And if it wasn't fat, you can still fluctuate by large amounts in water weight. 15lbs can't be gained in 2 months at the gym without juice, or a growth spurt.

  • @Y2KFreeYaa so you believe that you can only gain 5-8 lbs of muscle a year without juice right? When people make huge 30-40 lb gains in a year you really believe that only 5 lbs of the 40 lbs is muscle....? 35 lbs of fat and they look cut up? nahhhh

  • @Y2KFreeYaa It can, in fact 15lbs can be gained in even 3 weeks in some situations, namely - If you start out lifting for the first time and you use the correct high cal diet and compound lifts, and keep to it perfect 6 out of 7 days a week.

Also when you lose size (after returning to normal 3 meals no lifting) your muscle can grow back faster and easier.

Christian bale dropped from 200lbs to 115lbs for the machinist, he gained 120lbs back in 5 months for batman, overhitting the role by 30lbs.

  • serius 7 moths ? oke great work man!

  • I doubt that happened in only 7 months, if you weren't taking anything.

  • To all the people who say thats roids your full of bull. His gains are about average for a young healthy man in his prime...

  • roids in the vein

  • roids? This man is thin. Where is the incredible change? I have not seen an incredible transformation for saying "roids in the vein"

  • I think this is indeed amazing. Was there a big dietary change or did you simply get yourself used to eating more (or not spending so much time without eating between meals)?

Also, the question of rhcp514 is interesting... could you at least tell us if you get more unsolicited attention from women now than you did before?

  • WHOA! Really Cool Gropoj! You should be really proud of those muscles! Awesome!!!

  • yeah happens to a lot of people during puberty

  • whaou !! Another "hardcore" pussy !

  • OVER ! ECTO OWN3D !

  • nice transformation, would be cool if you could tell us how long it did take

  • Jseš opravdu frajer....hustý!

  • nicht schlecht ..!!

  • I say it still looks a bit freaky as long as you are lack of adequate body fat

  • do you get more laid since ur transformation

  • @rhcp514 lol. im married now to the best women around, but im sure i got laid more than this guy with prettier chicks. Has nothing to do with muscles. But congrats on his gains, have nothing against him.

  • @punkrackx thats true... looks CAN help u with women. but nothing charms a girl better than words. your damn right

  • @rhcp514 Best way to get laid more often is to throw that chain away

  • lol wud be fun if u hadnt muscles a dude punches you 10 weeks later u go to beach again with yr abs and muscles and u say "what was ur problem again" wud be hella funny

  • @greggermans haha i did that lol well kind of. when i was a freshman on the football team one of the varsity players that was a junior was an asshole to me and to the freshman. i was like a lean thin 120 pounds 5'9 (but fast) he was about 170 like 5-11 probably.much bigger than me anyway. then i did wrestling after football, then lifted weights in the off season. when football season started my sophmore year i gained a solid forty pounds of muscle i was weighing160 laid him out first day

  • @greggermans laid him out first day of summer practice =] he didnt like me lol i think it's funny. they bumped up to varsity mid season and i took his safety starting spot =]

  • pretty nice!...work on the back its still puss status

  • no steroids no fake

    5* ;)

  • Get big!

  • u took supplements?and wat were it?and when did u increase weights in ur exercises?

  • 7 months ?? ha ha .. you must be kidding ...time difference between those before-after pics like 4 YEARS ...

  • @ytertyu

No. I have a friend that looked like that in less time. It would probably be harder to believe the fact that if that guy stopped working out for a month he would look just like he did in the first picture.

  • check my tanformation vid out.btw great job

  • Im just curios cus im trying to do the same. Is it really possible to get this ripped in 7 months?!

  • @Nico374a you can get even more ripped than this in seven months. just depends on your workout routine and diet.

  • watch my funny video

  • WOW NICE !!!!

  • I actually can't see transformation, on picture before you look skinny and on picture after you look skinny, better for you it's to grab heavy weigh and eat quality food, not to show us your skinny body. Cheers.

  • nice dude

  • I would put on more weight...

  • perfect body... natural 100%!

  • check mine out too brotha. give me a shout out or something im trying to get views too

  • from 100 lbs to 115 lbs. lol.

  • good job man

  • name of the song please

  • @gonzalis18 gasoline by seether

  • @ivey00231 thanks

  • You look like an Anton Lavey church member

  • Great job!!!

  • fait voir un peut la gauche qu'on rigole un peut!!!

  • you look like those type of dudes to take his shirt off at the beach and think all the girls want you

  • Shit yeah keep up the good work

  • You look great and I really love your biceps!

  • its simple to get muscle

workout 5 days a week and eat 5 meals a day of fish, grains ,chicken , eggs and vegetables <--- mix and match

get your workout in those muscle magazines(look through all of them)or websites (plenty of them)pick the right workout and your good

    remember dedication is the key

  • @RIEKSONE if you're on a budget just eat peanut butter sandwich, trust me it works

  • @RIEKSONE yeah but remember not to train the same muscle again until you give it 48 hour rest ,this is very important.

  • @gonzalis18 i workout six pack and forearms everyday is that bad

  • @Freddy3rocksout

it depends, if you already have strong muscles and you just want to melt the fat that covers them then there is no problem working them out with light weights everyday, but if you want bigger and stronger muscles then you should train every muscle group once or twice a week with heavy weights :)

  • @Freddy3rocksout hey bro, yes it's bad unless you don't want the muscles in your abs and forearms to grow. really all you need is abs 3 times a week max and forearms 1-2 times a week. Their still muscles and every muscle needs time to rest if it's going to grow. if you have anymore questions just ask.

  • @tahesh thing is im never sore from abs or forearms

and abs are doing me well cuz the top 4 stick out like crazy i just found out i have to workout the bottom so right now all i have is a 4 pack

  • Wooow dude!!! Only 7 fucking months ,really?!? You must have been eating a lot? Well done man:)

  • That's totally sexy and cool!

    It must take some time!

  • nice work

  • shqipe

  • well when u flex the tricep after having worked out for 7 months, your arm looks really big.

The before pic does not include a tricep flex ^^

but still it is of course impossible not to see the transformation anyway ^^

  • so handsome !

  • heheh sterydy jak nic

  • I can tell your not eating enough calries in order to grow, sure you gained a bit and your defined, but if you were to eat 1500 more calories a day (good calories not mcdonals shit) you would have gained another 10lbs muscle

  • Nice job man!! Gosh, I've been working about for about 10 months, and gained about 8 lbs in muscle. my max bench press went from 100 to 160lbs. how did you get the "size"?

  • need more size

    but you are goig well

  • Dude you probably get so much ass now xD

  • nice man keep the hard work

  • its easy to go from bones to muscles.. all you gotta do basically is eat alot and work out.. ppl who go from fat too ripped. get the most respect.

  • Why do you think eating more than you are inclined to eat and working out hard is easier than eating less than you are inclined to eat and working out not quite as hard?

  • @killerz00091 blah you dont know what you are talking about lots of sweat and energy goes into body building whens the last time you tried to keep a full stomach at all times huh?

  • @killerz00091 u think its easy...no man ur tottally wrong..fr a skiny man t eat a lot is a huuuuge prblm...iv known friends tha needet to puke caus they were overfilled with fod etc..its harder than being fat and just exercise

  • whats the gram per protein per pound of body weight were whey protein starts to make a differance? if your no were near a gram per pound will reaching this level make a noticiable diff in how u look n feel if u also work out?

  • They are both equally as hard in there own ways. A skinny guy will have to eat alot more than he is used to and streatch his stomach, which is not easy if your use to eating very little. A fat guy will have to sacrafice foods that he enjoys inorder to cut up.

  • dunno theres another guy who looks very absolute similar too u...sorry might ive been mistaking....

  • lol on how many accounts you post your transformation?

  • @7OAKZ

    just one.. gropoj..why?

  • awesome job bro... im trying to do the same thing... what kind of eating plan are you on?

  • realy nice job man

  • well done dude a different pose in the sea with shorts now i think?

  • looks very naturell for me

  • Comment removed

  • gr8 job man !!!

  • this guy didnt use any steriod if what his saying is right 7 months,he could have get a lot bigger using steroids during that time limit, but good job bro nice new look preserve it the way it is!

  • rofl steroids??? you clearly know nothing about body building, he is way too small to be on the gear....well done and great work tho mate uve changed alot!

  • All those with the negative comments, just admit you're fat and jealous!

  • So Did u Do This For A Reason?.

i Just Wanna Know The Reason u Did This For Cause Almost Everyone Do This For a Reason!

  • nice!!, but work a little bit more on your shoulders dude!

  • from little weak preddyboy to big stronger even more glader for himself preddyboy !

  • Cool, but your waist is very small.

  • thats the idea have a small waist Duh!

  • hmm, if you say so. If i kick him in the side i bet he would break in half.

  • jajaja you are too agressive dude lol

  • depends, sports liek mma, rugby or fottball which i do, you need inner core which is liek waist and chest but if you play hockey or just workout doesnt matter how much core you got.

  • Thats a good thing, makes everything else look bigger, and gives the desired V shape!!!

  • hey how did you height and weight vary before and after transformation? congrats btw

  • That guy is "wiry".That's why he has that good-looking body. that's all about genes, complexion. He didn't open that for himself in adolescent years, but after that.

  • Damn dude, talk about some great progress, keep it up you look awesome!!!!

  • Inspiring, well done!

  • work if michael angelo himself, such a gifted and crafted muscles

  • yeah good work.keep on pumpin

  • great job, just need more definition in your back.

Im trying myself to bulk up without losing my speed and my jump at the moment. As im a basketball player. Was 75.5kg (lean) 10 weeks ago. Ill probably put one of these progress things up myself. Dont know how much I weight at the moment but I know Ive gained.

  • bulking up genrally means getting fat..true gains take along long time..even 3 kg of pure muscle is very hard..

  • good work on back muscles

  • Bulk more :) nice job on that

  • super transformation^^... ich dacht da kommt noch ein bisschen mehr... naja trainier einfach weiter;) trainieren, fressen und schlafen!

  • sexy!!!!!

  • Alittle past halfway through you explode in size, very nice.

    You've got great triceps.

  • but still pretty good

  • u legs r probably so weak.

  • lol....deck this guy in 2 good hits....

  • he barely has meat on himself.. lol you must be a total failure in bodybuilding if you accuse him of using steroids with 5kg gain LOL.

  • 7 months ? :o

Either you have the right genes or your using steroids...

  • are u fuckin retarded?????

7 months to get this is not fucking difficult if u put in the work and the diet

u need to learn something about steroids

  • dude, good job, but i think your still too thin, you will look much better with another 8 kg. Just my opinion, dont hate me for it.

  • NICE ANABOLIKA

  • nice job. how many days per week did you train? how much cardio?>thats my big question.

  • where are the legs
