Thanks for uploading this. This was one of my sister's (and mine) favorite things to listen to growing up. Unfortunately, our library got rid of the tape, so we haven't heard it in years. Thanks so much for uploading this. Definitely adding it to my favorites.
Ditto. Betty 'Baby' Bacall is at her most adorable here. I love the baratone end note. Classic.
I saw Kathleen Turner being interviewed on Parkinson and she said her and Betty Bacall would have low voice competitions. She would say "Hello Miss Bacall" to which Betty would reply in a lower register "Hello Miss Turner", this went on and on.. too cute!
Hell yeah!

This song was delivered so much better in The African Queen when Bogie was drunk. Still great to see his chemistry with Baby and Bing, of course!

Haha! I love the African Queen - it's one of my favorite movies. And Mr. Allnut's song, of course, ROCKS. Nice clip!!!

the same song bogart and Kate Hepburn sang at the end of The African Queen. This could be either a publicity act or a hommage.

@diddymuck Please don't use that word hommage, it's so pretentious.
