If they're guilty then there are a lot many people protecting them. They're both professionals, practising medical doctors. It's not inconceivable they have connections with secret societies (like the Masons for example) and have contact with members who are also in the police force and government.
I don't know what to think, but for them to remain relatively strong and sane throughout this four year period points to their innocence.

And one day i was walking along the rocks by the beach when i found this big dip and a load of small rocks in a pile. It just looked like an easy place to hide a body even though it probably isn't anywhere near the town.

It used to be quite common for people at holiday camps to leave their children alone while they went out in the evening, and there would be a listening service of people walking outside the rooms and a loudspeaker would say in the night club of the room number where a child or baby could be heard crying. Sounds quite strange, but I remember it in the early 80s.

I heard a lot of negative things said about the investigation, but I also had my doubts about the parents from that time. I believe in innocence until proven guilty, but if I'm on the case, I would press charges based on what is revealed according to the investigator. It used to be quite common for people at holiday camps to leave their children alone while they went out in the evening, and there would be a listening service of people walking outside the rooms and a loudspeaker would say in the night club of the room number where a child or baby could be heard crying. I heard a lot of negative things said about the investigation, but I also had my doubts about the parents from that time. I believe in innocence until proven guilty, but if I'm on the case, I would press charges based on what is revealed according to the investigator. fact: forensics point to some sort of struggle in the appartment. fact: psychologists point to suspicion in the parents personas. fact: the day after the "abduction" the vatican totally supported the mccans. few days later gerry goes to see a priest, the following day the vaticans takes back any support for the family. fact: the investigating head officer lost his job for claiming the parents did something wrong. this is a case of pure political coverups, both by the portuguese and the english.

'Checking on the children' implies that these people were well 'aware' that dangers can befall young children (regardless of 'abductor's'). Yet they chose to continue in their actions i.e. drinking and eating whilst small children were unsupervised and out of earshot or sight. This is appalling behaviour from a group of medical professionals who should have known better. No wonder they have a 'pact'; they have, at all times, a duty of hippocratic oath which should be adhered to and wasn't.

I don't think that these people would be so public about the case if they were, in fact, guilty... because it's very likely that ALL allegations have been investigated as far as they can. I downloaded all six English videos and burnt them to dvd. I also read the text version. Seems that the whole case stood or fell on J.Tanners evidence. Trouble was that she changed her version of events every time she related it.
Both Police forces knew what had happened but for some reason Politics was/is involved. Go figure!

My professional opinion as regards to the EVRD's (DOGS) alert indications is that it is suggestive that this is 'cadaver scent' contaminant. This does not however suggest a motive or suspect as cross contamination could be as a result of a number of given scenarios and in any event no evidential or intelligence reliability can be made from these alerts unless they can be confirmed with corroborating evidence.
THIS WAS THE SUMMARY GIVEN BY THE DOG HANDLER IN THE MCCANN CASE!

The reason the media supports them is due to elitism, had these 2 nice middle class wealthy doctors, who were too mean too pay a babysitter (wonder why?) have been of working class origin, the media would've scandalised them, social services removed kids, etc. The most prolific murderer in uk was also a GP & not much is said on Dr. Shipman, as it's an embarrassment. Yet social services allow the kids to live with 2 people who neglected 3 kids under the age of 5 & who are PRIME SUSPECTS in case?

The uk media protects the McGanns due to uk elitism. UK's most prolific killer was Dr.Shipman & not much is said on that as it's embarresing. These nice middle class wealthy doctors were too mean to pay a babysitter (wonder why?) neglected 3 kids under 5 & are the PRIME SUSPECT in Maddies death. Had they been working class, media would've scandalised them, social services remove kids, etc. Instead media ridicules poor Portugese detectives who KNOW the truth, uk police awful in delay of Shipman.

hey lavender,they said no babysitter as they didnt want to leave thier children with strangers,i find it a little odd that they did that every day for at least 5 hours a day at the creche on the complex!!!

when the mother talks to the camera she blinks A LOT and looks away at crucial times in her speech. if you watch other footage of mothers pleading for their abducted or missing children, they look straight into the camera, with eyes wide. she is definately hiding something
