@Syf19y I would post but the internet has issues, no sound, no upload or download, no printing...cry... and also, the new magnificent talent I have developed is injuring myself, so once again I've had to ease off because of a shoulder injury. It's killing me not being able to train properly, but luckily my body isn't losing much flexiness. I'm going on an awards scheme soon...get me some qualification ;D ..I may email you as this comment is long!
