USA is scared. I've made a little research and as a result I understood that all protection against nukes isnt reliable. First it wasn't tested and second is that only time when "antinuke" rockets can hit nukes is while nukes flying in upper atmosphere or space. At this point nuke is surrounded by many parts of it, which move because of its momentum. This means that antinuke rocket should heat the right thing. It is all about luck.
