hello. on my computer Eternal Darkness only repeats the Edgar Allan Poe quote over and over without any visuals (just a black screen). ive been trying to find an answer to this delema and have turned with no answer. if u have any thing that can help potenially, would you be able to help me if its not to much of a problem for you

i did test eternal darkness with dolphin 3.0.. really great FPS 40 to 60..

Hey guys,

I've got a problem with the "Enable DTK Music" Audio setting. Right at the beginning of the game I hear that annoying buzz instead of the nice music...disabling DTK would work, but playing without any kind of background music? : (

Is there any solution available to fix this issue?

Excuse me, but at what FPS are you capturing?

At 30 FPS it looks like it's going in Slow-mo. Is there any way to make the game run normally at 30 FPS?

@phallll 60FPS IIRC, running the game at 30 is not possible without slowdowns.

I tried out my CD and it works flawlessly at 60 fps, but when i try to record i need to reduce the resolution in order to maintain 60 fps. Thanks again for your reply!

@JADS876 Err..sorry for the double post, i just wanted to ask, did you play the game the whole way through on dolphin? Because other than some audio missing in cutscenes the game seems to work perfectly.

@phallll Sadly I haven't. For your first question: its most likely your HD choking on the data being created by FRAPS. Can't do much about that, except buying something like a SSD or a Raid setup.

@ve0991lja This game doesnt need a terribly high end PC to run. I bet it could be done on any dual core with a half-decent GPU just fine. The latest revisions >=6600 run it natively with no patches/hacks, and I managed to get all the way through except for the very end where it crashes.

I'd love to see a high res version of this. Maybe even a remake but just with updated graphics, leave everything else the way it is just make the graphics like today's. That would be cool.

I do not know if nintendo will make new Version for Wii,but it would be excellent, with motion sensors, luigi's mansion also would be a great idea

@gabrielfariagaz True, I am still hoping for a Wii version with the vitality sensor 9Never gonna happen though). This was taken with an experimental build, new dolphin revisions run this game much better.
