Skinny and Scales are doing another project featuring the 2 of them titled 40 Akerz. This is a taste of what 40 Akerz is about. Also Nappy Roots 'came back' in 2008 with the Humdinger. Another album in June of 2010 P.O.N. aka Pursuit of Nappyness. They also released 2 mixtapes last yr available online. Nappy University Vol. 1 & 2. That should feed your Nappy hunger.
