He's not really that hard, I just had Mario spam Super Jump and had him bounce for about 100 damage, it was down in about 4 hits

Equip the wake up pin for the stat increase. Save the toad in the main hallway then help him get to peach's room to get a flower tab. Mack is a giant sword. Bowyer is a Bow. Yaridovich is a spear.

It says right in the game, after the battle and following discussion, that Mack is a sword-like monster. The name comes from the song Mack The Knife, so he's a knife. Also, look at his floating eyes. The "person" on top is not Mack, it's just a figure that's part of his body.
