@ 1rob1234. Dat vind ik net andersom. Het is een mooi lied, maar zo saai gezongen. Jo, probeer eens meer te stralen. Je kan zo mooi zijn als je dat zou doen. En bij dit nummer zou het absoluut passen. Nu kon ik niet echt aan je zien dat je tot over je oren verliefd bent. En dat is toch wel wat je zingt en dus over zou moeten (willen) brengen.

Smaken verschillen maar als music journalist zijnde zou je het nummer gezongen door Joe Cocker zelf misschien al een aantal keer gezien/gehoord hebben. Hoeveel emotie straalt die man zelf nou uit normaal? Verder zit er dieper in de tekst -een tekst bestaande uit maar 25 verschillende woorden; moet je nagaan- een ophoping van allerlei gevoelens dus dat 'over je oren verliefd zijn' zou iemand als jezelf aan het denken moeten zetten. Volgens mij is het lied zelfs mooier dan je denkt...
