the rainbow in color is just an after image of the blue and orange streaks from earlier in the video. if u pause the video and stare at the dot and then scroll down to the comment section the after image rainbow will appear on the white surface of the computer screen as well

Gah.. not a fake. Unless your old film camera was a fake. Watch the video backwards. There is no positive color image in the video. However, your eyes are so sensitive to the negative color image, that even a fraction of a second view can cause the B/W image to appear in color.

It's just tiring your eyes out to the negative color image. Then when the B/W high-resolution comes up, your eyes see the inverse image, composite it with the new B/W information, and make a positive image.

As for getting the images off... one way is to browse directly to the image itself. In IE you can right-click and choose Properties to get the URL to the image. For the rainbow one, it's just the stareclips url and then /21442_a.jpg for the first image and /21442_b.jpg for the second image. In another browser, if you choose to open the image in a new window or a new tab, you can just change the "b" to an "a" to get the first image. Hope this helps!
