Cool video! by the way my mate applied this top diet system known as: Impact 790 Diet and lost 15 pounds within just a month. I do not remember the web site just Google it.
Hi hi! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker got great Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.
Oh hai! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got beautiful Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
Personally, I think the mild goitrogenic effects of some foods is the least of our concerns, unless you have a specific problem with thyroid and especially if your diet is basically balanced and you are exercising.
according to this article, dried (?) roasted hazelnuts contain a huge amount of calcium. what do you think?
i can see from the chart that most of the food i eat is high in potassium. does this create imbalances with other minerals, chiefly calcium and magnesium?
@starflower666 I just look at the old guy that injects snake venom every day - why would he do that? to make his immune system stronger. So don't sweat the details the key has always been variety so rotate your greens and don't eat excess of anything just because it is "good". It's ok to make you body work to get its nutrition.
I have a question for you regarding a condition called Alopecia. I have it on my face and would like to know if you know any way to minimize it or get rid of it. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
@jAcKieTwiSt mushrooms are hard to digest, raw or cooked. Personally, I'm blending 1 white mushroom into my smoothie most days. This is primarily for (possible) aromatase inhibiting effect with protein and other nutrient value secondary.
Aromatase converts testosterone to estrogen so is part of my strategy for trimming off the last of this stubborn stomach fat and general health.
Are peaches goitrogenic? I've been eating a lot of them as they are in season where I am. I recently was told to be careful eating a lot of peaches because they are goitrogenic. True?
@yelkaim1 I just looked it up. Peaches and strawberries are actually goitrogenic. Hmm, interesting. I'm still going to eat them but maybe I'll stop eating 15+ peaches in one meal.

What about Potatoes? I've heard that eating them raw can actually be poisonous, can you confirm or deny this claim?
Thank you for your time.

leafy greens alos contain oxalates.
my morning smoothie has been flax seeds and leafy greens as well as fruit ets.
flax seeds cant really be soaked and rinsed.
so my breakfast has been phytates and oxalates!
im concerned ive been depleting my calcium levels!
im thinking of getting a hair mineral test.
i havent been myself.
do you recommend this?
how can i get plenty of absorbable calcium into my diet without taking calcium supplements which may be harmful?
seaweed...

well, i am concerned as i have been experiencing numbness in my hands and feet, which might be a sign of calcium deficiency.
im going to drink plenty of goats milk for a week or two to see if it helps.
unfortunately many people, especially women, have thyroid problems so this is a real concern too.
but thanks for your reassurance!

hi yuri, how about eating mushrooms raw?
I googled it but I got conflicting opiniions:
one says it's good but another says not a good idea and that they need cooking to release their nutritional value.
