No. I killed too many cops and they sent a helicopter at me. The cops and the helicopter kept shooting me and i was unable to use the cheat code for health...so i died : (

Well, I was running down the street (above where I am) from the cops, jumped the guard rail, and conveniently landed on a part of the slope that allows me to stand on it.

It was just pure luck.
