@rainbowsrock6165 Yes, @SmiileyRayCyrusFan is correct. This is because if she sang it live in music videos it would come out bad quality. They record it (with her lip syncing), then layer the official audio version of the song over the video so it looks like she is singing it.

But it's no secret that she's not actually singing it.
