@V904T Yeah the glitch at 0:57 was my graphics card somehow not catching up with the game's loading. I think the cop was trying to say something like "every cop in town is coming", never heard the full line.

"Cleaned the Mean Streets"? You steal a police car and use the radio to locate all the criminals, kill them, and once you're done you get the achievement.

@theamazingone91 No, I am aware of the achievement. After each thing it said "Cleaned Up Crime Scene" and their car would explode. How do you do so?

Oh I see what you mean - each task you get from the police radio leads you to a criminal you have to kill, and when you do you get the "Cleaned Up Crime Scene" message. It's just to confirm that you've done the mission.

You steal a police car, and while stationary you access the police computer, then select them.

You unlock "Cleaned the Mean Streets" achievement if you are using the PC version at least, not sure about Xbox or other console achievements.
