They should have coaches like this at places like golds gym to train Adults who work for a living, that want to obtain a higher level of fitness. Normal personal trainers (on the most part) cost way to much and aren't that effective.

@JamesRange62 Despite the fact that Bama rolled us in the bowl game, Coach Mannie at MSU is as good as it gets. Saban wanted to bring him to LSU when he left MSU, then wanted to bring him to Bama when he got that job, and Mannie turned him down. Coach Mannie literally is up every day at 3 in the morning so he can lift by himself. Coach Cochran is great no doubt, but Coach Mannie IMO is the best of the best. Just waiting for him to get a few more freaks like Gohlston to see what he can really do.

@JamesRange62 True, but also realize that MSU does not get the same kind of player Bama gets. Bama is full of 5 star recruits, while MSU has the occasional 5 star with a couple of 4 stars and mainly 3 stars. Jerel Worthy was a 2 star recruit, and through coach Mannie's guidance he has turned into a potential top ten pick. I said that we need to wait for him to get more freaks like Gohlston to see what he can really do and hopefully with another good season those players will come. God bless

They all train post collegiate and professional athletes because of the business of college football is so political that being a S&C coach with longevity is almost impossible. You cannot compare a team like Alabama with successful S&C.
