Dude, learn a couple of things. Number one TEMPO! follow the drum major, and the drumline, they're there for a reason. Number 2 ARTICULATION! The beginning is supposed to be staccato and tounged, not slurred. 3 TONE! Pay attention to the sound of the band, not just wailing away, but I can give you the props for having a good time, some bands dont know how to do that.
Do you waste you days criticizing people who don't care about your opinion? I'm the drum major of this band, and to you it might not sound fabulous, but you have no idea what this band has been through and how far we have come. I hope you don't treat your band with such disrespect. There's a way of offering suggests for improvement without being so incredibly rude about it. Put your musicality to better use next time.
