  • You right about that low fat /fat free stuff. When I was buying all natural peanut butter I looked at the ingredients in the reduce fat and it had maltodextrin ! I was like WTF. BTW - have you ever heard of anyone cut with no cardio ? My metabolism is super fast when I dont eat enough calories I lose weight (fat) and recently only training 4 days a week 1 hour a day. I don't have a job that requires physical labor so my calories are pretty much burned from being awake or going to the gym.

  • It'd be hard to cut without cardio, but I'm sure if you were an expert in the field you could figure something out. Then again, if you're an expert in the field you probably don't need my help. :P I don't like to run, so I do complex training. Not "complicated" training, "complex." lol I discussed it in one of my videos, can't remember which one. I suppose with a really fast metabolism it's possible, but don't quote me on that.

  • Just to comment on that guy about legs. Squatting/Deadlifts are one of the best exercises you can do because they boost your testosterone levels like he said.
