the fact is there a bunch of fundamentalist rednecks in a logcabin in the middle of a trailer park, where they practice there cult like behaviour, claiming in the name of there lord and saviour. yeah im sure the florida statues have alot to say about strangling kids Ha, its funny how they didnt even have no license to run the program.
Obviously, they come in as outlaws. That would be the type that are still lying about their authorities...same as they lied to their parents at home, etc. The ones that graduated the one year program are the ones that call back and are doing well. The proof is in the pudding. 88% from this program didn't go back to a life of crime. The state can't say the same, unfortunately. And as for former boys...I hear there were 3 of them waiting at the courthouse for the verdict of the motion.
They weren't ACE educated. They were public school educated, as none of the "victims" had been there more than 2 months, per the staff. And their testimony didn't line up with other boys who had been there a lot longer, and had actually seen improvements in school grades, behavior, etc. These boys still call the staff to check on them...because they realize that they love them, and were trying to help them. This was a majority of the boys. Not that you care for the facts...
@jnick2020 I try to stick to facts as presented, prevented me from discussing some REAL interesting stuff on other messages boards. But I'm confused, first boys were labelled outlaws, criminals and liars, now there are boys are calling staff because they realize they love them.
You should do a video of those boys testimonies to loving staff, could help business recover. Be curious to see if dissatisfied student comments would be censored.
The "victims" did come back, but perjured themselves in deposition, showing themselves as the liars they always were. Other "victims" simply decided to tell the truth. The defense proved that all injury was self-mutilation. Judge Fensom: "In light of the evidence, it is obvious to me that no crime has been committed." Charges dismissed with prejudice. Interesting... if a kid with a criminal history says something, then it must be true, while men with no criminal history are blamed with abuse.
@jnick2020 I could discredit a 15 year old with an ACE education in a deposition and deeply impressed with with Waylon Graham's background that his skills were top notch for such legal proceedings.
@ChavoMysterio The police didn't drop charges, the assistant prosecting attorney didn't have anyone to testify in discovery, shown in Megan Ford's statement.
Maynard's, Unger and the other pricks associated with this so-called school are a bnuch of sick, twisted fat fucks. Yet another exampe of religious assholes gone awry, and getting away with child abuse.

Those douchebags obviously paid off the police to drop those charges. And I wonder why most churches ask for tax-exempt status.
