  • weak-ass studs...

  • damn 10 bolts...

  • shit happens

  • oh well. Mustangs and camaros are a dime a dozen

  • Harbor Freight wheel studs?

  • @seans63lemansSD LOL. Nope. Menards.

  • I don't see no dead hookers.

  • where's Pauly?????

  • he was going to spank that mustang too......

  • i wouldnt call that carnage.. but that still sucks..

  • Get some ARP studs. But that usually happens when a wheel has been over torqued or it was loose to begin with.

  • No your honda doesnt have enough torque to snap the bolts on the rim....

  • @OUTLAWZPRODUCTIONZ Let alone enough to torque to break traction in the first place! hahaha ;)

  • @OUTLAWZPRODUCTIONZ My honda was pretty o-k once built. Snapped a few half shafts, blew a few trannies, and snapped some motor mounts. Though, never lost a wheel like that. Would kinda suck in a wrong-wheel-drive car though. But my 240, I've had to replace the diff, the wheel studs, and hubs. Still didn't lose a wheel like that. Trust me, I have power, but I've only seen this in american cars... Why? Not trying to be insulting, just an honest Q. lol

  • @untouchabledriver87

i guess the insane torque V8's make.

  • @untouchabledriver87 Simple...weak studs. ARP studs fix that problem.

  • idiot coulda countersteered some...

  • ill take the seat belt hooks that go on the side of the seats, seats, and if theres a ac aluminut pipe under that hood, ill take it too :)

  • well on the positive it didnt do too much damage, new bumber and axle and probably disk coulda been a lot worse

  • You see camaro owners Mustang guys are often innocent to attacks.

  • wow

  • id say cheap studs but lacking raw HP

  • I would be SOOO pissed

  • there must be a common problem with 4th gen F-bodys . thats 3 vidoes i've seen where a 4th gen had a wheel come off.

  • Yeah, its called torque :)

  • @skirkland1980 naw its what happens when someone takes a motor build sit up and forgets that the stock wheel studs where made to handle 320 ish hp not the 450 or more there new motors are making....

  • hardly a catastrophy. more like an incident

  • had to be a chevy...

    poor stang

  • those $1.99 wheel studs will get u everytime

  • ARP sells wheel studs they are easy to install and inexpensive

  • did he blow off all the lugs? its what it looked like

  • sick, but what actually snapped off the wheel, bcasue it was sittingon the rotor after the crash

  • the bolts all snapped probaly over torque them to much or jsut the raw power of muscle !:P

  • Looks like it has lepersy

  • time for some oversized studs

  • ouch.

  • y didnt the track have a barrier wall between them?rofl WHEEL FAIL!

  • Yeah.. American cars.. so much torque they snap the wheel studs.

  • yup thats wat you call real power not that import bullshit

  • @malcolm1414 thats what you call not having strong enough lug studs i believe.

  • @malcolm1414 I think its what you call unscrewing the bolts before the race..Or how well us cars are made.

  • @malcolm1414 Yup, thats what I call real build quality! Not Jap bullshit. Hah!

Gotta love Yankee build quality! cough.

  • would insurance cover the other guy he hit??

  • umm... prolly not. normal auto insurance is void as soon as you hit the race track.

  • umm... prolly not. normal auto insurance is void as soon as you hit the race track.

  • rofl i used to own that camaro LOL good job

  • americas best on the track !

  • stupid ass camaros

  • thats why i use 5/8 arp studs

  • wheel studs obviously werent long enough. if he was running slicks, he shouldve had longer studs.

  • Got nuts?

  • at least he beat the mustang out of the hole. lol.

  • hey keep ur nuts tight

  • That's what happens when rednec americans engineer a car!

  • hahahaha exactly. rofl

  • Thats what happens when you have some horsepower. If you are going to try to "engineer" an insult at least know that being a "rednecK" is not a bad thing. Rednecks are hard working farmers, ie they have a sunburn on their neck from being outside all day WORKING. Don't be a retard, at least learn how to insult people.

  • wow that sucks

  • damn man.

  • Glad i saw this I have a 40k chevelle and a 454. I am thinking the same thing could happen to me I'll make sure I have some really strong lugs before I launch it when motor is broke in! Sorry that happen man but looks like the damage wasn't as bad as it could of been!

  • GOT LUG NUTS?

  • I'd be pissed if I was the guy in the white car.

  • BLAME the stupid asshole who put your tire pal!!!!!!!! Better luck next time, and i really sorry.

  • Ok dipshits he didnt forget lugs, but did not have studs out back. The stock shit is not going to hold up with slicks. This applies to any high performance launch for the idiot that says it was gm's fault.

  • Whos the asshole who forgot the lug nuts!!

  • lol!

  • lol I think the mustang driver will hate the camaro more lol

  • Ever hear of Lug nuts?

  • Yep, he sheared all five studs off.

  • If the mustang was a little faster it might not have been hit.

  • if gm knew how to build a drivetrain, it woulda been able to drive home that day.

  • what does the wheel coming off have to do with the drivetrain

  • Thats what happens when you run stock studs with drag wheels...sucks, lesson learned though

  • NGTMARE - YOU ARE RETARDED. that car has a strange 12 bolt and spool. it doesnt have stock studs.

  • Oh that's right, the whole world knows everything about what this car has bolted on it, thus making ngtmare an idiot for not pointing it out correctly. You are a fucktard. I would have assumed the same thing before reading your post.

  • ngtmare assumed he had junk stock in there.

cars that hook like ours (mine and pauly's) dont run stock junk studs.

  • well I'd assume a car that hooks so well that the wheel studs snap off would have junk studs or defective parts. Easy out of those would be to assume you bought the cheap shit. I'd imagine a stock car breaking the tiny 10 bolt gears first before snapping off the studs. But it could happen. We've snapped clutch springs, stock axles, gears, diffs, but never the studs. Are those the 1/2" inch studs then?

  • yes they are 1/2"

they are teh same studs i run and my TA goes 1.3 60' times.

  • yes but you prob don't put them on with an impact gun. Wheel stud failures happen, but using air tools to install lug nuts makes it happen alot more often.

  • The wheelnuts!!!!!

  • Did he break all the studs off?
