I've never had the pleasure of playing this game either, like so many other people. Knuckles was (and still is) my favorite character from the Sonic games. I even had the opportunity to get a 32X for my birthday (along with Knuckles Chaotix), but I chose SEGA CD with Sonic CD instead, even though I already had it for PC.

I really wish this would come to Virtual Console or Xbox LIVE Arcade.

@irismey OMG, I forgot how long it was to set up the 32X. I remember, I bought it just to play Knuckles Chaotix. However, once I got 32X, Knuckles Chaotix was nowhere to be found... Last place I've seen it, is at a local Wal-Mart, but when I came back, I never found it. That was back in 96-97... Sigh, I miss the old days.

I love these old Sega songs... the yamaha synthesis chip in the genesis never fails to amaze. Wouldn't it be nice to have all midi on your PC sound like a sega or nes or the such? Not possible? Think again, alls it takes is one cheapo 30$ audigy SE from Sprawl-Mart or SBLIVE card and a 4mb Regression FM soundfont. Currently 3 years work-in-progress about 95% done... check my profile for vids if you enjoy music like this.
