  • yay! Now I can excersise AND stay at home watching my trains at the same time!

  • good job

  • dont go to fast.. train will derail. what kind of capacitor did you use? thanks

  • That is a 1.5 Farad Audio Stiffening Capacitor. I bought it on sale for $19.95 US.

  • how's it work? rotational energy?

  • The generator is connected to the track, with a capacitor to smooth out the power and provide a little "inertia" for the train. The wires are hard to see because they are small. They run from the 1.5 F silver capacitor on the ground below me to the track in the foreground. That motor-shaped object behind and below me is the generator. See my other moves for other views of the parts.

  • lol

  • good fun.

    5 stars for you.

    haha

  • nice

  • Now THAT's an incentive to exercise! :)

  • Can you imagine how my healthier we'd all be if we had to pedal to run the computer we're using to post to YouTube ?

  • That is funny. Very clever..
