You don't need to be an exprience actor/actress like they said you should. Just be yourself, I just start acting like couples of months ago in a commerical and I also got a part on a new movie with Justin Trimberlake and Mila Kunis, I don't know nothing about acting but I got hiring but yeah, if you do get an audition, you gotta be there early like she said.

look disney is great but if you really want to do serious acting you should not get caught in their web, once you join your stuck, also you can't move into more dramatic stuff until you're contract runs out..

first you really need to get an agent. and its true first you would probably want to act in other things first because your going to be with disney for a long time...plus if you ever get to go on an audition for disney it would get you more points to have experience
