This is in fact true and thoughtful comedy: it uses exaggerated, absurd and abstract ideas which, in fact, give great insight and satirical commentary on contemporary themes, race and racism being the theme here.
Michael Richards could learn a thing or two from this Kramer. Rex walks right up to them yelled and tried to get away with it. Richards went soft on us and apologized.
great scene,and what is so sad today is these kinda movies aren't made anymore because they aren't politically correct. I'm an old southern white male and i was never offended when Richard Pryor made jokes about my heritage. People need thicker skin. get over it,it's a joke.
