4g63 swap,is all you will need. just keep it under about 400hp if you want your trans to survive.

id sujest getting a cam re-grind upgrade, throatel body/gears/shaft/plate upgrade, injection system upgrade, ecu upgrade, force air intake with pod, tuned extractors and compression excuast system. that'll give u a respectful 20-30% more outa the engine

To be specific, it makes 261hp 277tq @16psi boost with a little turbo on it. Full T3 (.42 cold .48 hot Stage 1) and stock ecu. I will make 300hp in stock ecu before i make programable, maby microtek or some other

Depends what part of the world u live in. my last ride was the same as this, and we called it a Lancer here in Australia. u can see it in my videos.

Yeah, in Europe the 97-2000 Mirage is a Lancer. Mostly used as a taxi. It looks exactly the same except the trunk isn't rounded like it is here in America...

what looks nice to mirages is if u convert them to look the like older evo models and i give alot of mad props to people who can pull that off cuz ive seen people drop evo engines in mirages and pretty much pull it off as an evo from the older models
