  • One of my favourite methods of predelay possibly the oldest one is to send tape delay into the reverb.

  • are they panned center anyone know.

  • I've been in school a year... i've been on here for like a day and i've learned so much...

  • @SoulSafeDaveO Watch Sound Pure videos also, If u dont already. =)

  • its a bit weird the guy in the song dreams about someone bending over and 'pushing one out' but whatever turns him on i suppose,

  • @Rrrrobbo funny how I watched both parts and never realised what the vocal actualy said until I read the comments.

  • i saw AVOCET :)

  • can you listen to my mix and tell me how to get the rich Blues vocal sound?

  • It was recorded very well too... but Dave Pensado can take garbage and turn it to Diamonds...I'm still growing as a mixing Engineer... I have a lot to learn.

  • amazing, thanks so much for doing these vids dave...

  • What would be great is if you talked a little about your room treatment and acoustics in your studio in these videos..

  • Thank you for getting that "HD" quality version available instead of the regular 320p as default

  • Dave, This is phenomenal stuff... You are truly a master of your craft!!! Thank you for this channel...

  • its crazy how much im learning from all these videos, thankyou!

  • is your yamaha monitor sitting on a tin can?

  • Good stuff!

  • Another GREAT "ITL" segment DAVE and Zan!!!

The depth and sound of the reverb really comes through... even over the web and through computer speakers.

Definitely looking forward to Part 2 2 - Vocal Effects.

"Thanks Again" Dave, Herb, Zan and Will... it is truly appreciated.

  • "she bends over, brings it back and push it out, she does the weirdest things i have only dreamed about" ... mhhh ... hearing that 100000 times makes me go WTF?

  • @ozorg. Those who liked this should not aspire to be a mix engineer then. Seriously...

  • @ozorg If that bugs you, you've got a ways to go before you're ready to be a mixing engineer. I'd bet Dave doesn't register a single lyric when he's working. It's all simply frequencies and how they occupy sonic space and interact with each other. The lyrics might be crap, but at least he's working with nicely recorded vocal tracks.
