  • Why not just bring the spare car in the police lot into the back area with you? Use a police vehicle to hold the gate open, drive the second car into position, then drive the police car all the way in to blow the wall open. If you take the underground ramp out of there, you'll drive through a badge which will remove on star and make your ride to the Pay and Spray much easier. (Plus you don't have to switch cars)
