It's banned because it's too Long to air on Television.

Commercials only last 3-4 Minutes, this Commerical is 1 Minute so it takes up too much time for other commercials to air.

school shootings aren't a daily occurrence. Yes, there are a lot of us who are stupid, but that goes for every country. Firearms are just easier to access here, I guess. Also, that's not how the school shootings work. the people who do those things and are incarcerated are generally pretty pissed off about their own lives, not for the sake of Hilarity.
