My sweet friend in Missouri turned me on to this song...it is a beautiful ballad! Neil Diamond is just as good now... as he was in his early years...I love this song!
don't you think that track "Delirious Love" is at odds with the sensitive and vulnerable feel of the rest of the album?
I actually thinks it's the worst track on there, jarring brashly with the delicate mellowness of the tracks around it, and spoils an otherwise impossibly perfect album. I think it belongs to a time 25 years when he was at the height of that mediocre phase that so cruelly tested the loyalty of his most faithful fans!

It's fairly new. "12 Songs", the cd, was released at the end of 2005 and was produced by Rick Rubin.
