O2 sensor problem: Get a D cell batt holder (and a 1.5V battery), wire between this cell holder a 1Meg Ohm VR, then wire these across the wire from the O2 sensor and the ECU. Now, you can trim the amount of voltage from the o2 sensor to the ECU, by adjusting the VR. This fools the ECU. It thinks the engine is running lean or rich depending on how much voltage you supply the ECU via the VR. HHO and O2 goes in, the VR compensates, the ECU doesn't raise the gas! Sorted, and no circuits etc.
