Many years ago a tech named Steve Fairchild achieved the Guiness record for fastest tuning. Reportedly a pitch raise AND tuning in five minutes or so!!!!

Hold your hammer more in strings direction (toward the tail of the grand) with some pressure on it at any time.

BTW you are killing your neck and back, use a good position ! your feet may help you, provide some assitance and power.
