OK so I'm an "old guy" but I still think the security guard was in the wrong. @IISgtSnak3II The only public place was the sidewalk. The steps were private property. The only thing the security guard did wrong was to pursue him onto public property. As for the fight, the guard would have kicked his ass had the fight continued. lol
