Scenario training here is hardcore I here...that's a good way to go, get the psychology down before the physical.

Just force on force simulations where practitioners of X system would pressure test their stuff. And Debrief and learn Egos left a sided. As u can see from the scenario training video, most of us were cut and stabbed to ribbons but it was a learning experience and better to get whacked in training than in real world eh :-) ? Hope to hear from some of u guys....

I live in the NYC area and am looking for people to crosstrain in mma, combatives, Self Protection. My base combat system is Senshido mixed with elements of WW2 combatives, Isreali Hagannah, and Kappa...If anyone is interested please pm me.I'm trying to start a RBSD/Personal Protection Training/Study Group like the one above regardless of style.Big rob, who was gracious enough to host used to have members who were mma, WW2 combatives, Law Enforcement, senshido,Krav Maga didn't matter.
