@iconicmonzt3rz123 nooooo Qantas and Jetstar (owned by Qantas) are the SAFEST airlines in the world, having never lost an aircraft in an accident. :) See we learn from other countries mistakes.
@iconicmonzt3rz123 Southwest is an accident waiting to happen. Taking off and landing with tailwinds or heavy crosswinds, pilots landing too fast to conserve fuel so their profit sharing bonuses can be a little larger. They're more dangerous than you probably realize.
@Slaterator AirTran has not been taken over by Southwest yet, therefore this was not a previous AirTran plane, it was a Southwest plane. AirTran is a great airline, but now that their planes will be taken over by Southwest, their planes will probably go to hell as well due to Southwest's crappy maintenance.
You know, AirTran was bought by Valujet because VJ needed a new name after this awful disaster of VJ 592. After the final report was published everybody knew that VJ had a crappy maintenance and companys in charge for things they had no idea to handle them like "Sabretech". So if SWA also has deficits in security, maintenance, all that stuff.... I will never board a plane from them because it is just a matter of time when the next plane crashes.
@rzlgq1025 define "taken over" and what would a passanger know about :crappy maintenance: You ever tried to dis-assemble and remove a rudder jack screw hydrolic feed line or do a pressure test on an aileron foward compressor pin?
screw u southwest it the safest airline out there!!!!! itz funny how people judge without the whole story
