When I was a kid, sometimes it was impossible to understand what this thing was trying to tell me to spell. "PLEASE SPELL RNGLS." I'd press "repeat." "RNGLS." I'd try w-r-o-n-g. "THAT IS INCORRECT. PLEASE SPELL RNGLS." I'd go to my dad, "Daddy, what's this saying? He'd press repeat. "RNGLS." "I don't know, maybe "real"? Pressed r-e-a-l. "DUNDADUN THAT IS INCORRECT. P-L-A-N-T. RNGLS."
