  • i do cardio regularly but my ldl is always high...and im 27 years old. How can this be?

  • @CaptZor It's most likely genetic at that age.. but what you eat also contributes. Avoid foods high in saturated fats. :)

  • @CaptZor Also, is your HDL also high? This is a protective factor, if so. Exercise is the ONLY way to raise HDL.
