@njdevils17 Fox did indeed make the best intros. As much as I loved NBC's NBA theme song from that same era, I wished Fox took over the NBA rights at the time, because Fox could make any game intro awesome even if the game itself turned out to be boring.

@lostenmusic Nope.. They made the playoffs in 1997 and 2000, but quickly got swept out of both... :)

They were taken out in 5 by the Rangers in 1997, in 2000 they were swept by eventual Cup champs New Jersey. Both times were the 4 VS 5 match.
