@angerock49 not sure what they are called, but it serves as a pick for each of his fingers. wearing those and picking each string gives it a clean and crisp sound rather than bold and low sound when played by just the fingers alone. Some guitarists ive seen cut their nails kinda pointy to imitate a pick, but ive also seen people play with what sungha has as well.

I wonder if all the sounds are played at same time, becouse i get a feeling that some sounds are preplayed. Feels like some sounds was recorded earlier, ant then it was composed to final peace. And its not the first time i feel like this listening to Sungha(on youtube). One thing im not musician so its only speculiation, would be nice to get profenional opinion on this.

@ecuSinner i'm not a professional, but i know he's playing everything at once. he's using fingerstyle, which allows him to play multiple parts of a musical arrangement (melody, chords, etc.) all at the same time. he's able to do the work of two guitars w/one. sorry if i'm not making any sense lol.

Sungha has been videoed live during concert performances a number of times, often with other guitarists on stage with him. From these videos it should be clear that all of his parts are played simoultaneously.

As has been mentioned by others, fingerstyle guitarists in general can do the same thing. Current guitarists such as Ulli, and guitarists from the past, such as Chet Atkins and Merle Travis, are Sungha's sources of inspiration.

He memorizes them, but he uses sheet music in the process of memorizing. I saw a video of him learning a new song at home, using sheet music. The speed with which he can memorize, and absolutely master, a new song, is incredible. Watching him learn is as amazing as watching him perform. I am convinced that he is a genius, in the original dictionary definition of the term.
