i find it is very fair they have a unlimited supply of cops lol and they do take you out affter a while though unless you go to ona the many places you can hold them off for hours good example being the cluckn bell but once they diside to dispach like 5 fed teams or 4 swat trucks ur pretty much fucked if ur trying to hold them off in the street
