  • i do cardio 6 days a week 30 minute running outside each time but ive stopped smoking recently and my apettite has changed i eat a lot more now.. i wonder if i need to do more cardio for 6 pack abs since im still stuck with 4 pack -_-

  • @123ferreiratheboss maybe ur genetic dont have 6 packs n only 4 packs, if u do have 6 packs under, change ur routine that will help burn more fat, i never do same routine twice

  • @123ferreiratheboss you see everybody has 8 pack abs under but they need to get a low body fat to see them for 8 packs people should have like 5% body fat and you cant tell to anyone that has 4 pack abs and has around 11-15% that he cant get six pack because they only need lower bodyfat

    It's guys like this guy who are ruining peoples health through lack of understanding of the body and how it works.

    Then again, it's guys like this that most of my clients have to get away from and come to me for proper training.

  • well, he is just mentioning how cardio works, he is not explaining the energy sources used and all that stuff... i personally don´t think he is "ruining peoples health" this video is just a piece of information you can also search in any website.

  • Dude, you are a knob. It's guys like this guy who are pumping up the eagerness of people to become your clients. Any PT who bags another isn't a genuine Fitness Professional. Any PT who bags another is an insecure, try-hard trying to make themselves feel better and making up for an obvious lack of self esteem.
