Dude, love the videos....I have been going through the same challenges with Countrywide for a $2M loan after being in escrow for 7 months.
Keep the videos coming....I'd love to see you do a video on the paperwork you use, the way you take title or protect your interest, if you use a trust, an option, etc....Also, explain how you get paid...Since the credit crunch, our new buyers lender will not fund the transaction since it is in a trust!
