Is the French-bashing (and the quickness to which it widespread through the US public opinion) not proving the lack of education and critical thinking of most Americans??? I mean, their war propaganda is making fun of the military power of the very country to which they owe their national existence ! Isn't that huge ?
I'm not anti-American but when you talk shit about someone's nation, don't expect to get some flowers back.

My grandmother looks at 2 pictures on her wall of her 2 oldest sons that died in Europe fighting Germany, France, Poland and Britains war and 1 more in the kitchen of the son that died in the pacific fighting Japan that ATTACK US. Ask her if it was the right thing to do. She will always say yes. France and Britain were our friends and they needed us! I ask this. Would those countries ever send men and women to our shore to liberate the US. I doubt it.

The French were capturing our ships and forcing our sailors into impressment because the USA refused to go along with the French revolution once it became radicalized. That's why we fought the Quasi-War.
