I have an HP Photosmart B110 Printer.

When I go to 'Scan' and press OK a message appears headed 'Scan Error'

and "Try scan from computer or see documentation. Press OK."

I press OK which takes me back to the previous page, (so off I go round in circles)

Somebody please advise.
